SMS Terms

Program: Together Louisiana Canvass Tool Sign-In, provided by New Orleans Sponsoring Committee – Together New Orleans for Together Louisiana Canvass Tool.

This program sends one-time SMS verification codes requested by people signing in or verifying their contact information to claim a canvass area. It does not subscribe you to promotional or outreach messages.

Consent and message frequency

Enter your phone number, select the text-consent checkbox, and request a code. Account sign-in uses a previously linked number; area-claim registration verifies the contact number you provide. Messages are sent in response to your requests. Text sign-in is optional; email/password and Google sign-in remain available.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier plan.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to stop receiving texts. If opted out, use another sign-in method. Requesting a code does not override an opt-out. To restore text delivery, follow the sender's supported resubscription instructions or contact support.

Delivery and security

Message delivery depends on mobile carriers and service availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Never share your sign-in code. If you did not request a code, ignore it and contact support if requests continue.

Text authentication does not grant additional access to precincts or voter records. Existing account authorization still applies.
